Undead Love: Not Alone available for preorder

Here it is folks! The cover to Undead Love: Not Alone, the second book in the Undead Love Series. This book details what happens between Connor and Juliet after book one ends. It’s definitely has a darker tone than the first book as the group discovers that there are more than just zombies roaming the lands.

Calling for Beta Readers

I need a couple of quick reading beta readers to devour my novel and give me feedback before I sent it to the editor.  This will be your opportunity to read the sequel to Undead Love before anyone else and help me make sure it is better than the first.

Edit:  Beta readers have been filled for this go around.

Two months in, an update

I’ve been busy editing book two of Undead Love, but I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past two months since I released book one.

As of today, I have sold 77 copies and have over 24,000 page reads in Kindle Unlimited.  I have spent maybe $30 on promos in this time, with $25 of that going towards a facebook party to help grow my mailing list.  The big shocker to me was that month two greatly outperformed my first month, even when you take away the kindle countdown deal.  In the past week, I have seen more steady sales than I did at the end of month one.  I have reworked my blurb to a point that I am finally happy with it and I think it is more engaging to the reader than ever.

Right now, the paperback version of Undead Love is going through review and should be available by the end of the week.  It will be awesome to actually hold a copy in my hands.  Originally, I wasn’t going to do print copies.  But it seems like money left on the table not to, and as a bonus, it makes the kindle version look like a better deal when you have that $10 price with a line through it.

I am up to 6 reviews on Amazon, with a 4.7 rating.  It seems people are actually enjoying what I have written.  Once I top 20 reviews, I’m going to try for a bookbub, but I would prefer to have 30-40 to solidify my case.

Time to get back to work on book 2.

I received a wonderful review from Kelsey over at Kiss at Midnight reviews.

A Kiss At Midnight Reviews

I have many loves in my life…Starbucks, glitter, boots and leggings, mermaids, my family, Sarah, Outlander, and zombies. I will flip a shit for some good, old fashioned, viral outbreak drama that feeds my soul. So, I’m super excited to introduce you to Undead Love by Lee Sutherland.

After the wold was decimated by a viral outbreak that turned the infected into zombies, Russ is a total loner, but not by choice. Everyone he knew before was gone, including his wife. He ends up going at it alone until he spies Polly raiding a gas station and finds himself immediately drawn to the badass lady who will shoot you in the face as soon as look at you. He wanted to get to know her more, but her tough as nails group shut that down because, when supplies are…
